Meet the polarities within – yoga in movement and stillness
![🌿]()
”Gentle yet profound, this journey through the polarities existing within each of us, dynamic movements through poses, then stillness in static ones, will shine light on both the active and the calm aspects within yourself. This experience is an invitation to meet opposing parts within you that we erroneously believe cannot coexist”.

Vinyasa: This modified Rocket vinyasa flow is a dynamic sequence of linked poses synchronized with breath, designed to build strength, flexibility and balance. Each transition flows like a current, guiding the body from one posture to the next while cultivating focus and inner awareness. Beyond the physical, it’s a moving meditation – every inhale fuels expansion, every exhale releases tension, uniting effort and ease in a rhythmic dance of body and mind.

Restorative: Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing and therapeutic yoga style that calms the nervous system, reduces stress and promotes both physical and mental recovery. In these passive poses, we use all the props (bolsters, blankets, and blocks) necessary to fully support the body.

About Emma:
“Yoga, for me, is a connection to my breath, the earth, inner self and to source – the well where everything resides; expansion, contraction and one’s natural inner resting state.”
![🩵]()
With a background in music, dance and an ”alternative world”, a creative, physical and spiritual exploration has always held a special place in Emma’s heart. Her yoga journey, through many different styles, started in 2008, took the route around India and landed in a yoga teacher training in Bali in 2024. Yoga has been a steady companion through the different phases of life – a deepening practice of coming home to oneself – and a foundation for recovery, sustainability and health from the inside out.
