In this workshop we will cover breathing techniques that have an immediate effect on the nervous system, and as a consequence, the mind. I will teach you how you can engineer your breath in any given moment to reach a specific effect; calming down, balancing, energising. It all begins with understanding how your nervous system works — and how your breath directly influences it.

The breath is more than a biological function; it’s a portal into the mind and can broaden your perception of the arena of your personal choices.
