4 class series that will take you on a journey to deepen your connection to your body, help you identify your unique holding patterns in your fascial system and guide you through highly effective releases. Creating awareness of what our bodies are holding and learning techniques to truly release it will allow for deep healing.
Class 1: What’s in your web? Learn about the fascial system, identify your unique holding pattern and begin learning how to connect to your body, sink into the fascia and what true releases feel like.
Class 2: Myofascial unwinding: As we deepen our connection to our ourselves and fascial system, deeply healing spontaneous movement can occur. Learn how to get out of your own way and access this powerful
Class 3: Myofascial rebounding: This myofascial technique is very gentle yet powerful. It goes “under the radar” of our holding patterns to allow deep releases to happen.
Class 4: Putting it all together. This class will combine all the techniques we have learned into one holistic experience.
